I help individuals, couples, and families break old patterns, strengthen communication, and build relationships rooted in emotional safety and mutual respect while also navigating communication issues, emotional shutdown, conflict cycles, identity development, and life transitions. My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative. I’m not here to judge — I’m here to help you understand your story, identify what’s getting in the way, and move toward healthier ways of relating. As a Black male therapist, husband, father, and community‑rooted leader, I understand how culture, faith, masculinity, and survival shape the way we show up. Many of us were never taught the language for what we feel. That doesn’t mean we’re broken — just untrained. I create a space where you don’t have to perform, shut down, or “be strong.” You can simply be human. I also support men who want to develop emotional clarity, relational leadership, and the confidence to stay present during difficult conversations. My style is relational and systemic. I pay attention to the patterns you’ve learned, the roles you’ve carried, and the expectations placed on you. Together, we build the tools, language, and insight needed for real change. Therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you reclaim your voice and strengthen the relationships that matter most.
