Life can leave marks — especially when the systems meant to protect you became sources of harm. Many of my clients are survivors of childhood or adult trauma who are tired of just managing symptoms and ready for something deeper. In our work together, we slow down, get honest, and build something real: stability, self-trust, and a life that feels like yours again. I've walked my own healing path, and I bring that lived experience into the room. My approach is warm, direct, and nonjudgmental — and I'm not afraid of the hard conversations. You shouldn't have to be either. My passion for this work didn't come from a textbook — it came from my own life. I'm a survivor of complex PTSD and I have ADHD, which has made my healing path anything but linear. I've had to learn, sometimes the hard way, how to hold both the goodness and the harm of my history while building a life that feels fully inhabited. That ongoing work is what I bring into the room with every client. When I'm not in session, you'll find me with a book that takes me somewhere wide and open, out on a mountain bike trail, or slowly appreciating a well-crafted IPA. I believe a full life outside the therapy room makes me a better therapist inside it. I was featured in ShoutOut Colorado — read the interview to get a better sense of who I am and how I work.
