I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, under the supervision of Mark Berg, LPC-S, and I’m here to help people feel more grounded, supported, and clear during times of stress, transition, and relational difficulty. I’m passionate about neuroscience and thoughtfully incorporate it into the therapeutic process to support a more holistic understanding of how the brain, emotions, and relationships interact. This perspective is especially helpful in couples work, where differences in how people think, process, and communicate—across culture, gender, and neurodiversity—can easily lead to misunderstanding. I work with individuals and couples who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel workable—especially in relationships, family dynamics, or periods of significant life change. I know from my training and clinical experience that meaningful change happens when people feel understood, not rushed or judged. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, practical, and paced to the client—focused on insight that leads to real, sustainable change. If you’re ready to slow things down and better understand what’s happening for you, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation.
