Teresa Hillenbrand, MS, LPC Licensed in TX, FL, SC, NV, and OH Fluent in English and Spanish I began my career over 25 years ago with a strong passion for helping individuals navigate emotional pain, relational distress, and life-altering transitions. With a background in theology, counseling, and cross-cultural psychology, I’ve worked in both clinical and community settings—supporting cancer survivors, immigrant youth, and families through grief, trauma, and adjustment challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in trauma-informed and evidence-based care using Coherence Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) , and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) for Insomnia. I also offer grief counseling, end-of-life support, and spiritually integrative therapy for clients who seek to reconnect with their faith in times of loss or suffering. My approach blends evidence-based therapy (DBT, IFS, Coherence Therapy) with deep listening and, when desired, faith-based tools like guided imagery, prayer, or existential exploration. My clinical work focuses on creating a safe, structured, and emotionally attuned space where you can explore deeply rooted patterns, gain insight, and build emotional flexibility. I work with adults, Spanish-speaking clients, caregivers, and those navigating trauma, anxiety, or spiritual crisis.
