I provide a compassionate, respectful space to talk through life transitions, health changes, or loss without any judgment. Together, we will honor your unique life journey and develop gentle, practical strategies to bring you comfort, peace of mind, and renewed well-being. About Me I am a licensed mental health therapist specializing in supporting older adults, care partners and adults with disabilities. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Psychology from St. Cloud State University in 1992, and my Master of Social Work from the College of St. Scholastica in 2020. My career is rooted in serving older adults, having worked in LTC service coordination and hospice as a social worker, before transitioning to clinical therapy in 2020. I am deeply passionate about supporting care partners & those with dementia; in 2017, I launched our area's very first Memory Café. I understand the unique challenges families face and offer specialized coaching to help caregivers navigate their roles with resilience. Outside the office, my husband and I love spending time with our two adult children and six beautiful grandchildren. To recharge, I immerse myself in nature—whether camping, kayaking, snowshoeing, or tending to my garden—and practice yoga and meditation.
