Introduction

I am a licensed therapist working with adults and select adolescents who are ready for meaningful change. My approach is depth-oriented and attachment-focused, grounded in the belief that lasting stability comes from understanding and restructuring the patterns and thoughts beneath emotional reactions. I maintain a limited virtual caseload to provide thoughtful, focused work with continuity between sessions. When working with adolescents, I treat them as emerging adults. I maintain confidentiality within legal and ethical limits and encourage open communication, while preserving the therapeutic space as their own.
