I work with adolescents and adults whose lives have been impacted by trauma, grief and loss, or chronic stress and who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or others. They may struggle with anxiety, trauma responses, relationship patterns, ADHD, chronic pain, or feeling unsafe in their bodies or the world. They want a supportive space to process experiences at their own pace, build coping skills, and move toward greater safety, presence, and self-trust. I offer trauma-informed, client-centered therapy for clients navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, ADHD, and life transitions. I integrate somatic and strengths-based approaches to help clients process experiences, build coping skills, reduce relational stress, and feel more grounded, present, and connected in their lives. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re carrying a lot or unsure where to begin. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan. I strive to offer a respectful, supportive space where you can move at your own pace and feel genuinely heard as we navigate what healing might look like together.
