From the moment you walk through my door, I want you to feel the respect, compassion, and acknowledgement of the barriers that exist to address your mental health as an individual and as a couple. With ten years of experience, I have found a passion and joy working with couples and adult individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. I have been extensively trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), and also use strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. I look forward to you reaching out and to start this therapy journey with you as a couple or individually.
