Terry’s professional experience spans across various settings, including inpatient psychiatric units, community-based programs, and private practice. Her work with adolescents, families, and adults in intensive community settings has provided her with a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health and substance abuse. She is also a passionate researcher and practitioner of psychedelic-assisted therapies, having earned her certification in 2024. Terry Jordan’s extensive background in social work and mental health is rooted in a strong academic foundation. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a double minor in Sociology and Spanish, from the University of Rhode Island, where she was honored with the prestigious Outstanding Psychology Student Award. Her education continued with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of New England, followed by her licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2009.
