I believe the therapy room should be a space where you feel centered and truly seen—a place to remember how to come home to yourself. As a counselor, I've worked extensively with individuals and families navigating trauma and complex life experiences, and I approach this work with patience, sensitivity, and deep respect for emotional safety and pacing. I work across the lifespan—from toddlers through elders—and I'm honored to meet people in all stages and walks of life. My approach combines evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and family systems work with genuine compassion and curiosity. Whether you're working through anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, burnout, or existential questions, I bring a calm, thoughtful presence and create a safe container for deeper exploration. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth appointments with individuals, couples, and families. I also recognize that healing can have a spiritual dimension, and I'm comfortable weaving this into our work together.
