Introduction

Hi there! I currently offer telehealth sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays for ages pre-adolescent through adult. My main focus areas are childhood trauma (including complex trauma/CPTSD), anxiety, depression, grief, boundary & relationship issues and life transitions (including perinatal/postpartum and college), I have experience working with a variety of other issues as well. We'll work together to find the root issues so that you can find lasting freedom and a sense of well-being. No matter what the issue may be, there is hope for healing and the creation of new pathways in your brain to transform your life. Following your lead with what you want to focus on in therapy, I tend to use a holistic approach to help regulate your nervous system and find healing for the root issues. Some of the main modalities that I use are trauma-focused, attachment-based, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal (vagus nerve), mindfulness, CBT and Brainspotting (similar to EMDR). I hope to create a safe space for you to be yourself and to feel comfortable processing. It's important to me that you feel heard, valued and understood. I know reaching out and starting therapy can be difficult, feel free to give me a call to see if I might be a good fit to support you in your journey towards healing and growth!
