I am a Board Certified, Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Edina, MN. My work as a therapist grew from time spent guiding canoe trips in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. Being immersed in nature—and witnessing how reflection, creativity, and shared experiences foster growth—sparked my interest in helping others better understand themselves. That curiosity, paired with my love of the creative process, led me to earn a Master’s degree in Art Therapy from The George Washington University. I offer a calm, supportive space to slow down, gain insight, and reconnect with your strengths. I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that focuses on resilience, self-trust, and empowerment. I believe therapy doesn’t need to feel intimidating or intense to be meaningful. Gentle guidance, curiosity, and creativity can open the door to deeper understanding and lasting change—helping you feel more confident in your emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
