A Compassionate Space for Healing and Growth At Enso Psychotherapy, the invitation is to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may feel lost, overwhelmed, or burdened by past experiences. Inspired by the ensō — a Zen symbol of wholeness and the beauty of imperfection — this practice is grounded in the belief that healing unfolds through presence, connection, and care. I specialize in helping adults heal from relational trauma, anxiety, and the emotional toll of life transitions. Many of the individuals I work with carry the impact of early attachment wounds, emotionally unsafe dynamics, or patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-doubt — often without fully realizing how these experiences continue to shape their present-day lives and relationships. Therapy offers space to uncover these deeper layers and begin healing on emotional, cognitive, and nervous system levels. My style is warm, collaborative, and integrative. Sessions may draw on EMDR, mindfulness-based practices, internal family systems, psychodynamic and existential therapy, or creative exploration. Each process is shaped by your goals, needs, and pacing. Some people come to therapy seeking relief from current stressors. Others are looking to explore longstanding emotional patterns or the lingering effects of earlier relationships. Whatever brings you here, our work will be guided by a shared intention: to process what’s been carried, restore a sense of inner safety, and move toward greater clarity, self-trust, and connection. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences shape the present, develop skills for regulation and resilience, and support a more grounded, compassionate relationship with yourself by supporting wholeness from within.
