Introduction

The Art of Integration helps adults & couples heal from trauma, burnout, and life transitions through trauma informed CBT, creative arts therapy, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) sessions. Many of the folks we work with are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who feel stuck in repeating unhelpful patterns, disconnected from themselves, or ready for deeper change than talk therapy alone can offer. Therapy with us blends insight, body awareness, and expressive practices to support meaningful insightful and lasting transformation. We specialize in trauma-informed care, non-violent communication, psychedelic preparation and integration, and using creativity as a pathway to reconnect with the parts of yourself that hold resilience, clarity, and self-trust. Services include individual telehealth therapy, individual in-person therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and small in-person KAP groups in Brooklyn. If you're curious whether this holistic approach is a good fit, you're welcome to reach out for a consultation.
