Introduction

It is our goal to Believe, Inspire, Grow, & Go! E.J. Dickens, our CEO & Executive Director is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the Florida Panhandle. She has over 20 years of experience working in the behavioral health field. She has worked with various population groups over the years. She has specialized training and experience treating co-occurring disorders, trauma, and also working with individuals who have experienced Human Trafficking (HT) and/or the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC). We believe the client is the expert regarding his or her life experiences. Our therapeutic approach is supportive and transformative. We believe no one theory suits every scenario. Therefore, we use integrative methods utilizing the major therapy styles (Cognitive, Behavioral, Psychoanalysis, Humanistic and Holistic). We believe in advocating and educating with dignity and respect. Empathy, equity, and excellence are our driving forces. Above all, we will work together with persons served, to develop a treatment plan to meet the unique needs. Current Insurances: Oscar Health, Oxford, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna.
