Introduction

The Holistic Behavior Collective empowers individuals to build healthier, more resilient lives through holistic habit and wellness coaching. Our approach integrates nervous system awareness, mindful movement, nutrition, sleep, and stress management with evidence-based strategies from behavior analysis, acceptance and commitment therapy and trauma-informed care. We help clients shape meaningful rituals and strong systems of support that increase capacity, wellbeing, and sustainable change. Instead of rigid rules or routines, we guide people toward flexible, psychologically adaptive practices that fit their lives while supporting their goals. Alongside coaching, we maintain a very small clinical caseload supporting families impacted by autism spectrum disorder and co-occurring mental health needs. This allows for depth, consistency, and attuned support without operating a large clinic. Medicaid options are available for families (waitlist applies). The Holistic Behavior Collective is dedicated to providing care that meets people where they are, strengthens self-regulation, and supports lives aligned with what matters most.
