Introduction

If you are carrying the weight of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, or depression, healing is possible and you do not have to walk through it alone. The Resiliency Co. was founded in Redding, California, to help people who have spent years holding everything together for everyone else finally receive the care they need. Our work centers on trauma and burnout intensives that run from 6 to 21 days, which gives you focused treatment instead of waiting week after week to see progress. Each intensive is guided by a treatment team rather than a single therapist, and we use EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based bilateral stimulation approach, along with Brainspotting, neurofeedback, and TF-CBT to help your brain and body process what happened so the past stops running your present. We serve first responders and their families, executives, and high-performing professionals, and we also offer counseling for individuals, couples, children and families in our local community. It takes courage to reach out, and we honor that step with you. You can call our office at 530.338.0087 or visit www.resiliencyco.net to learn more about our intensives, and our team will help you find the right place to begin.
