Introduction

I’ve always been a deep feeler. As a kid, books were my escape hatch—doorways into liminal worlds where I could breathe and make sense of all the energy I was taking in. As a teen, I navigated depression and anxiety. Beginning therapy changed everything. It gave me a consistent place to be fully myself, learn how to meet panic with presence, and move toward a future I couldn’t yet see—graduating high school, then college. In 2021, I finally said yes to the path I’d always wanted: becoming a therapist. I completed my graduate work at National University and, in 2023, began training with Somatic Experiencing® International, deepening my work with the nervous system. I’ve since supported people moving through psychosis and complex trauma within a community model that centers around relationship, repair, and connection. I’ve been sober since 2022. That choice opened new layers of intuition, dreamwork, and somatic practice—more presence, more listening, more capacity. Our approach Therapy here isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about remembering what’s already true. I help thoughtful, sensitive souls reconnect with themselves—so they can live with more presence, creativity, and ease. Together, we explore the liminal—the in-between space where you’re no longer who you were and not yet who you’re becoming. We slow down, listen to the body, and follow intuition. We practice voice and choice, shift from self-doubt to expansiveness, and build the capacity to meet life with steadier presence and more freedom. Who I Support The Seeker in the In-Between You’re naming wants, building gentle boundaries, and moving toward a rooted, spacious life. The Intentional Achiever You’re used to over-functioning. Together, we move from pressure to purpose; from spiraling to responding. The Sensitive Creative Your body and art hold more than your words can carry. We give shape to your inner world so play and creativity can return. The Boundary-Builder You’re learning voice + choice. We practice rupture and repair, letting relationships become more mutual and clear. The Community Re-Builder You’ve outgrown old circles. We work from the inside out so you can find (or build) communities that actually fit. The Deep Processor (Family & Grief) We sit with sensations and story. We make room for anger and love at the same time, and help your body hold both.
