Introduction

You've probably spent a long time trying to think your way out of the anxiety. Googling your thoughts at 2am, avoiding the things that scare you, or doing the same mental checks over and over hoping this time it'll finally feel okay. It hasn't worked. And that's not a personal failure. That's OCD and anxiety doing exactly what they do. I specialize in helping adults with OCD, panic disorder, and anxiety disorders finally break the cycle. Not by avoiding what's hard, but by learning to move through it differently. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and evidence-based CBT approaches, which means we're not just talking about your anxiety. We're actually changing how your brain responds to it. My clients come to me exhausted from rituals, panic attacks, and intrusive thoughts that feel shameful or terrifying. They leave with their lives back. If you've been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or told to "just relax," you're in the right place. Real OCD and anxiety treatment exists, and recovery is possible. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and decide if we're a good fit. No pressure, just a conversation. 📍 Serving GA and DE / Telehealth & In-person
