Whether you’ve been here before or this is your first time seeking therapy, I deeply understand how difficult and scary it can feel to ask for help. With compassion and without judgment, I work with clients to identify and confront unhealthy patterns of behavior and increase emotional understanding of self and others. I incorporate a variety of evidence-based interventions and modalities to fit each client’s unique needs. I serve motivated individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, parenting challenges and those struggling with connection (with self or others). I also enjoy working with men, young dads and individuals that identify as “high achievers” in their careers. My practice is founded on the belief that by repairing deep wounds and confronting negative cycles of behavior, it’s possible to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
