Introduction

Hi. I'm Thomas B. McCray Jr. (Thomas) and am the Practitioner and Founder of Private Path Wellness, LLC. We provide anonymous and confidential mental health coaching for individuals who need support without fear of exposure or judgment. His practice is especially designed for those in sensitive professions, including executives, healthcare providers, first responders, and public figures, who may hesitate to seek care through traditional systems. At Private Path Wellness, clients have the option to: -Use pseudonyms to protect their identity -Participate in screen-off telehealth sessions for full discretion -Avoid insurance paperwork, mandatory filings, or medical record reporting This approach ensures that every client receives the help they need with total privacy and autonomy. I serve on the Board of Governors for NAMI Arizona, and am also the Founder and CEO of Thrive Mental, LLC (ThriveMental.com), a company pioneering AI-driven mental health solutions. I authored AI Human Experience Mapping, a book exploring the future of emotional wellness through technology. My certifications and training include: -Certified Cognitive Behavioral Practitioner -Anxiety and Related Disorders (American Psychological Association) -Psychological First Aid (Johns Hopkins University) -Health Behavior Change (Yale University) -HIPAA Certified My coaching philosophy draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-informed practices, resilience training, and behavioral change science. Clients work with me to reduce stress, manage anxiety, navigate transitions, and take actionable steps toward personal wellness, all while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality available anywhere in mental health support.
