Introduction

Finding the right therapist is ultimately about finding someone who can help you see your life, your patterns, and your possibilities in a new way. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a different perspective, I offer a steady, collaborative space where you can step back, reflect, and begin to understand yourself with greater clarity. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction and recovery, relationship challenges, and the ongoing stress of daily life. All sessions are offered via secure telehealth for flexibility, privacy, and ease of access. I am licensed in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Texas, and North Carolina, with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. My clinical training took place in New York City and Boston, and after many years practicing in the Boston area, I relocated to Texas before returning to New England. I remain deeply connected to the communities I serve, with particular focus on people in early recovery, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those navigating major life transitions or loss. My background includes community mental health, emergency room settings, and private practice. Across these environments, I’ve supported clients working through anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, grief, and relationship distress. I hold the following licenses: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (LADC‑I) in Massachusetts; Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut; Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina; and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in Texas. My approach is grounded in the belief that gaining a new perspective—on your emotions, your relationships, your history, and your choices—creates the conditions for meaningful change. Together, we explore how stress, mood, transitions, addiction, and past experiences shape the way you see yourself and interact with others. Whether individually or as a couple, the work is practical, collaborative, and focused on lasting growth rather than temporary relief. For couples, I am a Certified Leader of *The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work* and a Level 3–trained clinician through the Gottman Institute. I work with married couples, long‑term partners, and those in polyamorous or open relationships. Couples may choose ongoing weekly sessions or a structured 10‑week program offering research‑based tools to shift perspective, strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connection. The process begins with a comprehensive assessment, including an online Gottman assessment, a joint history session, and a personalized feedback and treatment planning meeting. For individuals, therapy centers on understanding the patterns that shape your emotional life and relationships—and learning to see them differently. We identify what’s been keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others so you can create a more grounded, balanced, and fulfilling life. As someone in long‑term recovery and a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work. My goal is to offer a space that is affirming, respectful, and grounded in real‑world understanding, where gaining a new perspective becomes the foundation for meaningful change. I am currently in-network with several commercial insurance plans and am in the process of onboarding with additional carriers. If your plan is not listed, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to discuss anticipated coverage or help connect you with another provider if needed. My priority is ensuring you have access to the care and support you deserve. I look forward to connecting with you and beginning this work together. **Medical Records Requests** Clients may request medical records by emailing [HouseCall02189@gmail.com].
