Introduction

Goblin Mode Therapy is based in the Recovery Model of Mental Health and Substance Use Care. My vision for therapy is helping people live a life that they want to live exploring any barriers to achieving this vision. My work focuses on helping folks take value driven actions towards improving their life. I have spent the bulk of my career working with people experiencing Serious Mental Illness as well as Dual Disorders. I also am strongly connected to both Gaming and Geek Cultures with an understanding of how those communal spaces can impact our Mental Well Being.
