Introduction

I work with individuals and couples who may feel stuck in patterns shaped by trauma, anxiety, relationship stress, betrayal, life transitions, or disconnection from themselves or others. Many come to therapy wanting to heal past wounds, improve communication, rebuild trust, strengthen emotional connection, and better understand how their mind and body respond to stress. I help clients move forward by creating a safe, supportive space to process experiences, build insight, and develop lasting tools for healing and growth. My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and tailored to each client’s needs. I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, hypnotherapy, and trauma-focused interventions to support healing, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and help clients create meaningful and lasting change. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you have been carrying so much on your own. You do not have to sort through it alone. I strive to offer a grounded, supportive space where you can feel understood, work through what is holding you back, and begin moving toward healing at your own pace.
