Introduction

I specialize in working with survivors of domestic violence and abusive relationships, PTSD and C-PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), depression, anxiety, mood disorders, bereavement, and Prolonged Grief Disorder. I have experience working with a wide range of individuals across the lifespan—from teenagers to older adults healing from long-standing patterns of trauma. I am attuned to the unique challenges that arise at different life stages and tailor my approach to meet clients where they are, developmentally and emotionally. I am committed to building genuine, trusting relationships with my clients. With a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University, I provide both individual and group therapy. I have received extensive training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I believe that healing doesn’t begin with trying to “fix” who we are—it begins with being willing to see ourselves clearly and hold ourselves with non-judgment. There are no “bad” parts of us. Most of us carry stories, patterns, and protective responses that were formed in environments where we did not feel fully safe, seen, or supported.
