HELPING CHILDREN GROW THROUGH LIFE’S CHALLENGES. I work with children in 2nd through 7th grades who may be struggling with anxiety, big emotions, stress, friendships, confidence, or challenging situations at home or school. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where children feel understood, comfortable being themselves, and confident asking for help. I have over 12 years of experience working with children in school settings, with a background in behavior support, behavior intervention, social-emotional learning, and student services. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the emotional, behavioral, and social challenges children can face both in and outside of the classroom. My approach is child-centered, relationship-focused, and trauma-informed. I believe that children do best when they feel safe, connected, and genuinely understood. Therapy is tailored to each child’s individual needs, strengths, and developmental level. I help children build practical skills for managing emotions, coping with anxiety and stress, solving problems, communicating effectively, navigating friendships, and developing healthy relationships. Along the way, I also focus on helping children recognize their strengths, build confidence, and feel more capable when facing difficult situations.
