Hello, I’m Tiana, and I’m glad you’re here. I provide individual therapy for adults seeking a supportive, safe, and nonjudgmental space to navigate life’s challenges. I believe healing and personal growth are rooted in emotional safety, self-compassion, and developing a trusting relationship with yourself. In our sessions, we can make space for skill-building, self-discovery, or the exploration of more sensitive concerns, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. During my time with Grief Support Services at Essentia Health, I developed a deeper understanding of grief and the many ways it can be experienced and expressed. I gained experience with grief-focused interventions, responses, and the importance of simply witnessing and honoring another person’s grief. Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, pet, relationship, or another significant loss, your grief deserves to be met with compassion, patience, and sensitivity. My therapeutic style is collaborative and individualized. I draw from a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. Regardless of approach, care will be tailored to your unique needs and preferences as they evolve throughout the therapeutic process.
