Introduction

I got started on my journey to become a therapist trying understanding more about myself and those around me and ended up learning so much more. I am familiar with individual, family, and group therapy in the community, online, and in office settings. I help individuals learn to evaluate, navigate, and process their experiences to work ethically and collaboratively with my clients in order to help them reach their goals. Disclaimer: Currently, I hold a full license in Oklahoma and I am registered for telehealth only in South Carolina (private pay option only).
