Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing integrative psychotherapy to adults throughout New Jersey via telehealth. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, and stress-related concerns, as well as identity development and relational patterns impacted by attachment wounds. My work often helps those who experience feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, even when life appears to be going well on the surface. Much of my work focuses on helping clients understand how past experiences and relationships have shaped their sense of self, emotional responses, and patterns of thinking. Together, we explore not only what you’re struggling with, but why and how to begin shifting those patterns in a meaningful way. My approach is integrative and grounded in a mind–body perspective. I draw from evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, EMDR, and EFIT, while also focusing on nervous system regulation and emotional processing. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to you, balancing insight with practical tools for change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and aligned in your day-to-day life, and to support a deeper, more stable sense of self over time.
