Introduction

Hello my name is Tierra and I believe that healing is a journey and there's no end date or perfect way to heal. I am passionate about BIPOC, systematic oppression, and teaching client's boundaries. Some modalities that I specialize in is cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, the gottman method, attachment, and family systems theory. You can expect a non-judgmental environment where you can learn coping skills and heal.
