I work with adults who feel stuck in recurring patterns involving substance use, eating disorders, trauma, relationships, grief, or difficult emotional cycles. Rather than focusing only on the behavior or symptom, I help clients explore what may be underneath it and understand how their ways of coping developed. When we can make sense of the deeper roots of a struggle, we can begin creating changes that feel meaningful and lasting. My approach is individualized, strengths-based, and focused on helping you move beyond simply surviving or managing symptoms. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I may incorporate experiential and body-based approaches such as Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, movement, or sand tray therapy. Together, we will build on the resilience you already have, develop practical tools for change, and help you move toward a life that feels freer, healthier, and more connected.
