Introduction

I'm a clinical mental health counselor providing compassionate, personalized therapy for adolescents and adults facing life’s challenges, transitions, and emotional struggles. I offer a supportive, judgment-free space where you can safely explore your experiences and begin to heal. My down-to-earth, interactive approach is rooted in authenticity, empathy, and respect. I believe healing begins with self-discovery and deepens through living in alignment with your values—not the expectations of others. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, burnout, or feeling stuck, I’ll meet you with honesty, kindness, and support. Together, we’ll build resilience and create meaningful, lasting change so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. My therapeutic style is collaborative and adaptable, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Person-Centered Therapy. I emphasize emotional regulation, self-awareness, and values-based living. When helpful, I incorporate mindfulness, movement, and nature-based practices, believing that healing can come through deeper connection with ourselves, our bodies, and the natural world. I earned both my BA in Interdisciplinary Studies and my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio. My clinical background includes serving as an Adolescent Co-Coordinator and counselor at Esperanza Eating Disorder Clinic, where I supported teens through intensive therapeutic care. Most recently, I worked at Saint Mary’s Hall as a school counselor and wellness educator, teaching DBT life skills in group settings. I’m passionate about counseling and honored to walk alongside others on their journey toward healing and growth. Outside of counseling, I’m a lover of nature, a wife, a mother, and an athlete. I bring my full, authentic self to this work and deeply believe in every person’s capacity to grow, heal, and live a life that feels aligned, empowered, and whole.
