Healing begins with connection and understanding. This space is here for whatever you are holding, whether it feels overwhelming, confusing, or difficult to name. We move at your pace and follow the cues of your body and nervous system with compassion and patience. The work is trauma informed and honors the body as an essential part of healing. Psychoeducation helps you understand what your nervous system has learned to do in the face of stress or fear. Somatic awareness gives your body a voice in the process. EMDR supports deeper integration when you feel ready. Nothing is rushed. Your system leads the way. My practice is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. Life has brought trauma, loss, and moments that required rebuilding from the inside out. Those experiences guide the way I sit with people and the respect I have for the courage it takes to heal. Our work together is rooted in patience, compassion, and an understanding of how your nervous system has learned to protect you. My approach is heartfelt and purposeful, and I show up with care for whatever you are carrying. Even in difficult moments, there can be space for breath, ease, and connection that help healing unfold. You can bring your full self here without pressure to be polished or perfect. My background spans both Montana and the South Carolina Lowcountry. Montana gave me a sense of spaciousness and quiet strength. The Lowcountry has offered connection, culture, and community. Both places shape my understanding of people and the unique paths that bring them to therapy. This practice also honors the realities of life. There is no cancellation fee. People often seek therapy during the most stressful and demanding times in their lives. Flexibility is part of how I support that. Sessions take place through telehealth, where the space we share, even through a screen, is calm, grounded, relational, and welcoming. If you are looking for a place to understand yourself more fully, reconnect with your body, and explore your story with gentleness and depth, you are welcome here.
