Hi, I’m Tiffany Fojtasek, a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I believe therapy should be individualized to each person and provide a supportive space to work through challenges, develop practical skills, and create meaningful change. I use an integrative approach that includes EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based interventions based on each client’s needs and goals. I support clients experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and other concerns that may be impacting their daily lives and relationships. When working with children, I incorporate play therapy and developmentally appropriate interventions that allow children to communicate and process experiences in ways that feel natural to them. I also value collaboration with parents and caregivers to support children beyond the therapy room. I enjoy helping couples and families strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and develop healthier patterns of connection. Whether I’m working with a child, individual, couple, or family, my goal is to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward their goals.
