If you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Do you feel overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, second guessing yourself, or lying awake at night with your mind racing? Maybe your teen is struggling with school pressure, friendships, or self esteem and you are noticing more irritability or withdrawal. Perhaps you are a woman carrying so much for everyone else that you have lost sight of your own needs. Anxiety can show up as perfectionism, overthinking, people pleasing, or that constant sense of being on edge. If you are tired of just coping and ready to feel more steady and secure, you are not alone. In our sessions, we will focus on practical, evidence based tools to reduce anxiety and strengthen confidence. I use Cognitive Behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and a supportive person centered approach to help you understand patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build healthier responses. I have worked with adolescents and women for many years and have seen clients move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to feeling capable, clear, and hopeful. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on real change.
