Hello, my name is Tiffany Thomas. I am a veteran, mom, wife, and a Christian. I have worked extensively in trauma processing and understand that trauma plays a big part in how we view the world and move in it. It is my goal to help you understand what trauma is and how it is impacting your day-to-day life. I have been a mental health therapist since 2020. I am trained in several trauma processing modalities: Brainspotting, Written Exposure Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I believe this is your journey, and I am here to provide you with the tools to navigate it better. I can't wait until we work together.
