Hi, I’m Tiffany. I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and the owner of Breakthrough Beginnings, LLC. I have specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Training for Adoption Competency (TAC), and I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Social Work degree. I work with individuals and families who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them; whether that’s anxiety, parenting stress, relationship struggles, major life transitions, or the unique layers that come with adoption, foster care, or blended family dynamics. I have a deep passion for supporting families navigating attachment, identity development, trauma, and behavioral or emotional challenges. My experience in child welfare and clinical settings has shown me how early experiences shape the way we cope, connect, and respond but also how much healing is possible with the right support. My style is supportive, nonjudgmental, and practical. I integrate DBT skills and trauma-informed care to help you regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop tools you can use in everyday life, not just in the therapy room. A breakthrough doesn’t mean life becomes perfect. It means something shifts; your understanding, your confidence, your ability to respond differently. Taking the first step takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone.
