Introduction

Hi, I'm Tiffany Vasek, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and owner of Balm for the Soul Counseling, LLC. I work with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of every day life. I believe counseling should be a supportive and collaborative space where you feel comfortable being honest about what you're experiencing without fear of judgment. My approach is warm, practical, and individualized. Together, we'll work to better understand the challenges you're facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful changes that fit your life. My experience includes private practice, community mental health, inpatient psychiatric care, substance abuse treatment, and working with adolescents in a high school setting. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is an important part of meaningful change, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you work toward the life you want.
