Introduction

Licensed Master Social Worker Holistic | Trauma-Informed | Strengths-Based Counseling Welcome. I’m Tiffany Walker, a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. I provide holistic, strengths-based counseling that integrates mind, body, and spirit to support meaningful and sustainable change. With advanced training in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and culturally responsive interventions, I work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, perfectionism, and trauma recovery. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. I believe healing begins in a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we will identify your strengths, explore patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools to support emotional regulation, clarity, and resilience. As a clinician who values cultural humility and intersectionality, I honor each client’s lived experiences, identity, and story. For those who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated counseling that thoughtfully incorporates spirituality into the therapeutic process. I specialize in supporting: • Navigating life transitions and identity development • Trauma survivors seeking restoration and stability • Professionals experiencing stress and burnout • Managing anxiety and depression • Individuals seeking holistic and spiritually integrated care Therapy is not about “fixing” you — it is about helping you reconnect with your inner strengths and move forward with confidence and purpose. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and wholeness. About the Therapist Tiffany R. Walker, LMSW, MDiv Tiffany specializes in working with black women as well as people from other historically marginalized and underserved communities who have survived complex trauma, experiencing life transitions, palliative care & hospice patients and families, as well as those who suffer from depression, stress, or anxiety. Tiffany incorporates a strengths-based, culturally responsive approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Psychoanalysis. As a faith-integrated therapist, Tiffany believes in nurturing the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — helping clients uncover their gifts, heal their wounds, and live into their God-given purpose. Her work is guided by trust, honesty, confidentiality, and the deep conviction that true wellness is both holistic and culturally rooted. When she’s not providing therapy, Tiffany creates practical tools for everyday healing — including her Roots & Resilience framework, a podcast on the importance of mental health, and faith-based resources like Bible studies, meditations, and self-care guides to support the healing journey. Vision Statement My vision is to empower individuals to rediscover wholeness and resilience through a holistic approach that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and affirming space where healing is guided by strength-based, trauma-informed, and faith-integrated care. My hope is to support clients in transforming their challenges into growth, achieving lasting wellness, and living purpose-filled lives rooted in spiritual renewal and mental clarity. Core Values Holistic Healing: I believe true wellness involves caring for the whole person—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. Confidentiality & Trust: I uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical care. Client-Centered Collaboration: I partner with clients to set meaningful goals and co-create therapeutic journeys. Mindfulness & Presence: I encourage awareness and self-compassion as foundations for emotional regulation and healing.
