Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, intense emotions, mood changes, trauma, or simply not feeling like yourself? You don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m Tiffany Ward, LMHC, CBT-C, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified CBT Clinician. I provide a serene, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, stress, self-confidence concerns, and performance anxiety. As a Certified CBT Clinician, I use evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding. I also incorporate DBT and trauma-informed approaches to strengthen emotional regulation, coping skills, self-awareness, and confidence. I have a specialize in working with individuals experiencing performance anxiety, perfectionism, fear of failure, self-doubt, and pressure to succeed—whether that pressure comes from athletics, academics, your career, leadership, entrepreneurship, or other high-expectation environments. As a former Division I collegiate athlete, I also bring a personal understanding of the mental and emotional demands that can come with competition and performance. For clients who desire it, I provide Christian counseling that integrates faith, biblical principles, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions into the healing process. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are, support you without judgment, and gently challenge you when needed so you can move toward meaningful and lasting change. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you **conquer the mountains in front of you.
