Therapy is like learning how to do your own maintenance on a one of a kind custom built-car. Maintenance is not always fun, but worth it. If you are ready to begin the maintenance on your relationship with yourself or loved ones, I’m your therapist. I’m currently accepting individual, families, and couples (of all status). I offer individual, premarital, marital, couples, and family counseling; helping clients to set boundaries, find alignment, heal from trauma, damaged trust, intimacy challenges, external stressors, partner expectations, cultural norms, family boundaries, parent-child concerns, or uncoupling. As a therapist with a background in life coaching, yoga, and meditation, I take a holistic approach to healing after challenge or conflict, rather than focusing on blame, I work toward alignment and groundedness. Creating space for vulnerability, enhancing communication, reflective listening and mirroring, repairing trust, clarifying expectations, strengthening intimacy, setting healthy boundaries, or supporting conscious uncoupling when needed. This allows the opportunity to feel seen, heard, and valued. The healing journey does not erase all challenge or conflict, it enriches you with tools to become abundant in resolution. It’s never too late or too soon to uncover these tools and ignite growth in your relationship.
