I take a warm, supportive, and solution-focused approach to therapy while also helping clients feel challenged, empowered, and accountable in their growth. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process emotions, gain insight, build healthier patterns, and create meaningful change in their lives. My style is authentic, relational, and collaborative. I work to help clients better understand themselves, improve communication and relationships, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a healthier, more balanced life. I often incorporate mindfulness, emotional regulation, cognitive behavioral techniques, and practical tools clients can apply outside of sessions. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem, stress, and emotional overwhelm.
