I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, trauma specialist, educator, and founder of Survive 2 Thrive Therapy. My work focuses on helping individuals heal the impact of complex trauma, attachment wounds, and intergenerational patterns so they can move beyond survival and toward greater connection, authenticity, and thriving. I approach therapy through a relational, somatic, and strengths-based lens, integrating attachment theory, parts work, Brainspotting, nervous system-informed interventions, and decolonizing approaches to healing. Beyond my clinical practice, I am deeply passionate about training and mentoring fellow therapists. I teach graduate-level counseling courses at CIIS and have facilitated trauma-focused supervision and consultation groups for clinicians since 2020. I believe that effective trauma work requires both clinical knowledge and ongoing self-reflection, and I strive to create learning spaces that are thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. Whether working with clients or clinicians, my goal is to support healing, deepen understanding, and foster meaningful growth—both personally and professionally.
