Introduction

I am a holistically oriented sex and relationship therapist. In therapy with me, clients have a place to bring life's most personal experiences, questions, doubts and fears. In a confidential space, your most private concerns are attended to with care.   I have been in private practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2013, and prior to that I was a Registered nurse for many years. I have extensive training in Medical Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and I am an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. My style is collaborative, warm and friendly. I see myself as a guide helping you discover your own path forward. I am at ease collaborating with other healthcare providers. Some of my favorite areas of focus are: sexual health and well being across the lifespan, relationship intimacy and spirituality. **I am also a certified Shamanic Reiki Master Teacher.
