Hello, I’m Tina, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and the founder of Sunny Day Therapy. I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a place where they can feel safe enough to be honest, understood enough to feel less alone, and supported as they find their own way forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, trauma recovery, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the understanding that meaningful change involves the whole person—not only thoughts, but also emotions, relationships, values, and the nervous system. In our work together, you will not be expected to perform, have everything figured out, or become a different person to be worthy of care. We will slow things down, make sense of what you are experiencing, recognize the strengths and wisdom you already carry, and develop practical ways to help you feel more grounded, connected, and able to choose how you want to live. Therapy with me is a space for reflection, honest conversation, gentle challenge, curiosity, and sometimes laughter. My role is to stay steady, ask thoughtful questions, and accompany you as you reconnect with yourself and create meaningful movement in the direction of your hopes. You belong here. Your life is yours to inhabit.
