Introduction

Is it hard coping with daily stressors? My passion is working with children, teens, and families to help them understand and manage their emotions and behaviors in a supportive therapeutic environment. I assist parents and children with working through barriers that affect their everyday life through a warm and collaborative, strength-based approach. As a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist and Registered Play Therapist I utilize creative interventions to support children/adolescents to enhance their skills including play therapy, art , mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and collaborative/proactive problem-solving. I agree with Dr. Ross Greene when I say, I believe children do well if they can. For over 28 years I have worked with parents and children/adolescents in a variety of setting to build skills in the areas of social skills, anxiety, depression, communication, emotional and self-regulation and work through past trauma. I look forward to working with you and your child as a team to create a safe space where skills can be enhanced and goals will be reached.
