Tina has supported wounded soldiers and their families, led youth through structured healing environments, and worked extensively with college students to build self-advocacy and success strategies—especially those with learning differences. Tina believes therapy is most effective when it’s personalized, practical, and empowering. Her work is rooted in evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, EFT, and solution-focused therapy, but she always tailors Tina is passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate the challenges that life throws their way—especially during seasons of transition.
