Hi! Thank you for stopping by. I'm Tina. I'm a therapist and a child of immigrants, and I built this practice to offer the kind of space I once needed: somewhere to be heard, to stay curious, and to stop editing yourself down. I'm not a blank wall. I'll ask questions, sit with you in the hard parts, and push back when it's useful. What matters to me is that you don't have to hide the parts of yourself you've only ever been corrected for. My clients tend to be in their twenties and thirties, sorting out identity, family, and who they're becoming. Many are Asian, BIPOC, queer, or children of immigrants, though my practice is inclusive of all identities. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and Florida, trained at Columbia, with additional training in EMDR. Growth rarely arrives as a tidy story, and I won't pretend otherwise. What I can offer is to stay curious alongside you for as long as it takes, and to be honest with you gently.
