My goal is to help you to feel more clear, more steady and more like yourself again. I also specialize in working with adult ADHD. The ADHD brain is often “on” all the time, which can leave you feeling scattered, overwhelmed, exhausted or misunderstood. Together, we’ll build practical strategies to reduce those challenges and help you feel more focused, capable, and confident—in your daily life, your relationships and within yourself.
