I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in trauma, couples counseling, and addiction and licensed in UT and CA. With over 14 years working as an MFT, I help individuals who've experienced trauma feel more empowered by releasing their frozen memories, and significantly reducing symptoms of PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
